Our recruitment process
When both parties agree, the first thing that is going to be required is for you to fill the Staffing Request document. It is highly important that in that Staffing Request are included all the technical requirements separated into ‘Musts’ and ‘Nice to have, as well as all the information you can provide in regards to the project.
With that in place, we can start sending you candidates if we have in the pipeline some that meet your requirements or start our interview process. That process consists of 3 interviews:

A bit of history
Our relationship started in February 2021 with a common friend's introduction. Since then, we have seen a very similar cultural mindset with regards to people focusing on delivering their best self. Pariveda was a well-established trusted advisor, and Arionkoder was just starting only one year into establishing. Arionkoder was founded by two veterans of the IT industry in Latin America.
In 2021 after the pandemic hit, it was time to pivot to IT services again. This time with a very clear focus on human impact by building the best product and delivering quality services. The initial conversation included why partnering with a nearshore company, similar in culture and motivation could serve well to Pariveda’s customers and future growth. We are now into new areas like Machine Learning and Product Design and Development. We truly believe in our joint opportunity to grow together and enable better experiences for our team and our customers.
Martin Bouza
Martin Bouza was the first technical employee that Tata Consultancy Services hired in Latin America back in 2001. He was in charge of several large projects including telco firms, banking, and professional services. His last project had more than 1000 members reporting to him to support PWC.

Mario Tucci
Mario Tucci came as VP of Iberoamerica for TCS with the responsibility to bring US-based customers to nearshore centers and also open more countries in the region. Both then founded MVD Consulting, a well-known management consulting firm focused on helping IT firms go global. That also included supporting countries with their IT attraction programs.
