We assessed their needs and discovered a key need for the transition: accomplishing it with zero downtime, so production and operations could continue functioning as usual.
To do this, the best solution was to plan the transition with a cooperative approach. We added an extra month to our previsions in order to overlap with the previous provider, giving us the chance to learn the ropes from them by shadowing them, develop pair programming activities and having in-depth interviews with them. This made the migration process more streamlined and with a clear focus on the internal customer.

From a small and defined subset of tasks, we’ve moved on to be a key part of many areas of the company, growing to Business Analysis, Help Desk and Backoffice. We work embedded in the company, as part of their teams. Our latest project involves Quality Analysis to make sure processes are optimized and efficient, while placing our attention on delivering value that finally impacts the final customer positively, all 21 million of them.
