Start-up founder Andrew Suggs came to us seeking to transform his ideas into a tangible reality. We helped him rebuild the healthcare experience for african-american population, historically neglected, through the incorporation of an app that gamifies and rewards positive habits.

The Transformation
We worked closely with the Live Chair Health to validate their assumptions and adapt to a shifting landscape with greater confidence. By crafting an MVP roadmap, we provided a clear path forward, culminating in the app as the result. This approach allowed for rapid iteration and refinement once the building process began, ensuring the platform could effectively engage users and promote health equity.

Deep diving into the problem
Through a Product Discovery sprint of 2 weeks, we carried out user interviews, created two customer journey maps and crafted a new user persona that reflected our findings.
Moving fast from
our initial ideas
This product had to be live in 6-7 weeks, this made us laser focus on the most important features to capture value and validate goals.
We focused on quantity and diversity of ideas in the initial brainstorming. We mixed and mashed them up. iterating several times to shape them into the right features.
Disparities in healthcare access self-reproduce in a way where people not only feel excluded by the system: they actively start rejecting it.
Reducing the gap
is quite a journey
We came to the realization that reducing the gap starts by re-connecting people with the system through other members of the community where they usually place their trust.
It's a process that happens step by step and for that reason we crafted a curated, friendly journey that creates a whole new experience of inclusion.
The details behind the scene
To define the Health Journey details we worked with the founder, a technical adviser and our team of Arionics.
From an initial proposal brought by Live Chair Health founder, we mapped the journey, detected gaps on it, went deep into the system logic, and defined reusable building blocks so we can continue to scale in a nimble way.
Product never stops
During our process we performed over 5 iterations of the Home section, always looking to serve Live Chair Health customers in a way that also serves the project's business needs. From Figma prototypes to Progressive Web App iterations we learned important lessons that enabled us to move fast in the right direction.
LCH Design Kit
Design ideas evolved into a design kit that enabled us to invest our time efficiently when tinkering with different layout concepts to define each of the features.
Having a design kit with reusable components is a powerful resource, it enabled our team to focus on solving bigger problems instead of taking small design decisions.
